"CARRIE - If they only knew she had the Power " (German titel: "Carrie - des Satans juengste Tochter") is a horror/drama novel which was written by Stephen King in year 1974. 

                                                                                         

 Stephen King rightly carries the name "Master Of Horror" and with this book, he really impresses EVERY reader. It's one of his many Bestsellers and it has been translated into 40 languages. The story was planned as a short story but Stephen King's friends told him to write a long version and send it to a book publishing; he did.

The book is about girl, who gets hardly bullied at school and on her depressed point she discovers, that she has got telekinetic powers. The really emotional beginning of the book left a really amazing impression on me and I wasn't able stop reading. The plot is about the big chaos, which appears, when she is taking revenge on everybody, using her telekinetic powers.



The book is great, because it feels like you become part of a big havoc and you will not be able to
stop reading. You will know.

The author of “Die Entführung”, from 2013, is Christian Peitz. Christian Peitz was born in 1974 and is educationalist and author. Since 1994 he writes many fairy storys and audio dramas. “Die Entführung” is his second novel after “Zwischenprüfung”

The novel is about the police officer, Simon, who does not feel good at his job. After meeting an old friend from school he thinks about his job and his life every time. Also he thinks very much about Laura, his wife. The two have got a happy marriage. Simon is not a bad police officer and he has got no bad life, but suddenly he questions everything on himself. At one point of the story Simon has to solve a case with a little girl who suddenly was away. The reader thinks that she was kidnapped, and that is because the title is kidnapping. But the title refers to the point when Simon met his old mate from school. He remembers an action in past, when his mate kidnapped many garden gnomes. This memory changes his whole thinking and acting.

I like this novel, because it is not as boring as other novels are. I like the realistic life situation and the crazy story. It makes the reader to think about some more details and not only to read the story
