Margos Spuren/Papertowns

Margos Spuren/Papertowns

The book Papertowns, written by John Green, was published in 2008. John Green writes a lot of books for teenagers and one of them (Das Schicksal ist ein mieser Verräter/ The Fault In Our Stars) was in the cinema as a film a short time ago.
Margo is a beautiful girl with a special way of thinking, very intelligent, different and loved by everyone. Quentin is her neighbour. One night, Margo takes him to a great adventure with her, and the next day, she is gone. Quentin is sure they are more than just friends, so he starts to search her.

SLATED, Teri Terry

This book is the 1st. part of a trilogy and is about Kyla, a 16 year old girl.
It takes place in England, 2054. In this time a method is introduced which is named "Slating". Teenagers under 16 years could get slated, which means they lose their memories and have to begin a new live. The method gives a 2nd. chance to teenagers who have committed a crime.
This procedure happened to Kyla, but she is different than others. Although she gets slated she actually has memories from her old live. Together with another Slated-boy she wanted to get to the bottom of this procedure.
It is a very interesting book with an arresting story. I would recommend it because it is well written and I like the idea behind it.

EVERY DAY, David Levithan

EVERY DAY, David Levithan

"I wake up.
Immediately I have to figure out who I am. It’s not just the body – opening my eyes and discovering whether the skin on my arm is light or dark, whether my hair is long or short, whether I’m fat or thin, boy or girl, scarred or smooth. The body is the easiest thing to adjust to, if you’re used to waking up in a new one each morning. It’s the life, the context of the body, that can be hard to grasp. Every day I am someone else. I am myself – I know I am myself – but I am also someone else.
It has always been like this."

A is a teenager that wakes up in a different body every day. Over the time, A has gotten used to it, but everything gets more complicated  when A falls in love with Rhiannon and is in danger of getting caught.
I would recommend this book to everyone because it is a very special book with an amazing storyline and it's interesting to read.

RONIA, THE ROBBER'S DAUGHTER

Ronia, The Robber's Daughter - READ IT !

Ronia, The Robber's Daughter

The book "Ronia, The Robber's Daughter", written by Astrrid Lingren in 1981, is an adventure book for children. The author is from Sweden and she has written many successful books which are read all around the world. This book is one of them. Ronia is the only daughter of the bandit boss. One day she meets the son of the enemy bandits and they get friends. Their parents don't want them to be friends, so Ronia and Birk, the kids, run to the forest.

It is a book full of adventures and kind of romantic.

I really recommend it to families with young kids, because it is great to understand and every child likes bandit stories.

  I love it so much.
